I do not like sleeping at hotels, but this Holiday Inn was very clean. The staff was great. The bed was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was pretty good. Would stay here again,
We had planned on staying there one night but decided to stay a second night. It is pet friendly, very clean, and close to the sights we wanted to see. We liked their system for breakfast where you hot your coffee, ordered your food, and took it to your room to eat.
Both beds in our room were uncomfortable, like a hole in the middle. Pillows could be firmer. Nightstand and TV table were not cleaned. Both had dust and crumbs. Lead us to believe room was not cleaned properly. Rug cleaners maybe but awful BASIL smell in room. Refrigerator needs a freezer compartment. All the above mentioned were better at the less expensive Hampton Inn just down the road. We stayed there last year, much better. Probably won't return to this Holiday inn. However, excellent front desk staff! Plus quick repair by maintenance of running toilet.
Covid 19 responder rooms. Hotel takes cleanliness and virus seriously. Wonderful staff, amazing service. Had a long journey and it has been extremely important to me to stay safe. Grateful for this wonderful place.
I aplayed for mantice person and the manger callede back and told me take a nother job bc they were under review buy the state so why have appcation up on looking for help do it after u get dun with one thing
