Wheel & Sprocket

My wife and I dropped off our bikes for a simple tune up. We were informed that the bikes would be ready in a week and a half. Two weeks go by and no word from Wheel & Sprocket. We then decided to call the business, and it was clear that nobody had worked on our bicycles. Five minutes before close, we were told the bikes were ready. However, when we asked if we could pick them up as we live in the apartment next to the store, we were told that they would not wait. Also, they were closed the next day, leaving us to wait almost 3 weeks for a tune up. I was beyond disappointed with the poor customer service that was provided during this frustrating experience. I do not plan on using the store in the future and would not recommend anyone else using their service counter.

I had purchased a bike for my husband at the Brookfield location back in the summer and was very pleased. The staff at the Bayview location was wonderful. From the beginning they were right on it and found a great racing bike. Kelly and Jesse worked with me for a week or 2 to make sure that I was completely happy with my purchase and I will be using this store for as long as we are in Wisconsin. Couldn’t recommend these guys highly enough

Wheel & Sprocket nailed it. Originally housing steel component manufacturing for the railroad industry, this renovated building provides a dynamic, bright atmosphere while artfully incorporating its manufacturing roots. In addition to everything else you'd expect a bike store to offer, this location sells local crafts and goods, perfect for decoration or gifts. Oh, and don't forget their coffee bar, which is worth a visit alone. What an excellent addition to Bay View and Milwaukee!

Easy to get quick help from the employees. Ordered parts for my 20 year old bike. They helped me get the correct parts and they came in within a few days.
