EXECUTED OUR VISION PERFECTLY--FAR EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS!!nnPeter and his crew just finished completely transforming our previously neglected two story colonial. They removed and replaced rotting cedar shingles with new vinyl clapboard siding, installed new trim all over the house, and even built us an absolutely gorgeous portico over our front door. From the beginning, Peter was super responsive and accommodating. He truly wants the job done right, and won’t cut any corners to get there. He is an honest guy and he and his crew were very professional and respectful of our property and our family throughout the entire 3-week job. Peter was also attentive to our opinions and desires for the final product, and he takes pride in seeing a happy homeowner and a job well done. Everyone in our neighborhood has complimented how incredible our house looks, and some even stopped to take photos! We really enjoyed working with him and his crew and would use him again in a heartbeat.

Peter and his team renovated my deck in East Greenwich that was originally built less than properly. They were able to add-in additional supports, and get the deck up to par in terms of construction quality. The deck came out better than I could have imagined, and feels much more stable to walk on with new supports. I would recommend Peter and his crew for any construction jobs.

I used Ialongo Building for a large rehab at my home and the work was excellent! I had my ideas as to what updates I wanted to make and not only was Peter able to make my ideas a reality, his craftsmanship was beyond what I ever imagined!nIt’s very rare these days to find a true perfectionist in their craft. Peter brought my project to a new level and all while keeping my budget front and center so I never had to stress out about the cost. I highly recommend Peter Ialongo Building for any project!

Pete did a top notch job removing and replacing trim on my house. Although it was a smaller job, Pete took the time to explain what he would be doing and when. The work was done timely and as explained! Completely satisfied!
