I asked for an inspection fully expecting to have a new roof installed. After 26 years it was certainly needed. I was contacted by Jason ( I refer to him as a “ Human Dynamo “ ). He seems to never stop and wastes no time setting things up. I was told job could be done within a few weeks...much to my surprise he got the job started in 3 days....explained what time the crew would be here and the job would be completed within 1 day. That’s exactly the way it went and the color shingles I chose look beautiful on my roof. There is one last thing that needs to be done and that’s the chimney repair that was included in contract. Hoping it will be scheduled soon before the “April showers “ begin. The crew didn’t leave a single scrap of debris in my yard and I can only suggest that if you are in need of any kind of roof work, contact Kennedy roofing....I’m glad I did and I’m a widow trying to maintain my home as best I can. Thanks Jason & would like to add that quite a few cars have slowed down to check out the signs I still have in my yard....hope to hear from you soon about the chimney .....then my whole roof will be “ perfect “. Keep up the good work. I will recommend Kennedy roofing any time I have the chance.
Extremely disappointed at the lack of professionalism of this company. Last evening I called to schedule an appointment. I have a serious leak and explained my situation to the owner. I informed him that it was urgent. I was told that someone would be here at noon to give me an estimate. Well noon came and went! I called at 12:30p to see if someone was still coming and no answer. I left a message. No call back. I called again at 3pm and no answer. Well here we are at 7:30p and still no contact. UNPROFESSIONAL!!
Thank you to Kennedy Roofing for a fantastic job on our home's new roof of Owens Corning Duration shingles! They were SO PROMPT in responding to our need from the first call when we needed them! They knew what they were doing and were in and out in a timely manner. We appreciate their clean up as well! Definately would use them again! We called several roofers for help and estimates and Jason was the only one who showed up in an acceptable timeframe to help us. We appreciate the aggressiveness he has with wanting to get a job well done DONE! Thanks to all of you for doing such a fine job on our roof and the peace of mind it brings us!
They replaced both my garage roof and my mother's whole house roof. Awesome job on both! John is very friendly and I was always able to reach him by phone. Worked great with my mother's insurance company. Were fast and efficient. (Did my mother's house in one day and it's a 2000+ sq ft ranch!) Clean up was immaculate! Can't recommend them enough!
I highly recommend Kennedy Construction and Roofing. I just bought a house that had and old wood burning stove that was obviously not working properly and needed a cleaning. I called and made an appointment for an estimate. They said they would be able to come out the next day, and thankfully so because the temperature was starting to drop. Kyle arrived on time and was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He gave an estimate on the spot and explained in detail what work he needed to do, and at a very reasonable price. He was very thorough and cleaned up after he finished the job. Relaxing in my warm, toasty house tonight. I would definitely call them again.
