I can not express how polite and professional Tom was. Excellent service. As a retail worker it is my job to try to go over and beyond service. Tom went over and beyond expectations. He was on time and gave an estimate on how much it will cost to fix my roof. He answered all of my questions. Over all highly satisfied. Definitely going to recommend him for future jobs. We could not have been happier with our roof installation & gutter install. Nick W. met with the Insurance company and took care of everything on that end. He has went over and above helping us, and we are more than grateful. The install crew was awesome, they did such a great job on our roof from install to clean-up. My mom was so impressed she had them do her roof as well.
I am highly impressed with the professionalism, integrity, and kindness of Tom Spearman. He came to my parents' home a day after they sustained a small amount of damage to the siding of their home. He quickly made the repair at a reasonable price. If my family ever needs repairs done in the future, we definitely know who to call. I cannot thank him enough!
Absolute Assurance shingled my house. I dealt with Nick Williams. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. His crew worked very hard and did a good job. They cleaned everything up after they were done. I would definitely recommend Absolute Assurance and especially Nick Williams.
I contacted Absolute for a roof estimate and was contacted very quickly. Nick came out and inspected the roof and then walked me through the whole process of contacting insurance and what to expect. Even with the back and forth with the insurance, Nick was professional and confident in getting the best deal. The roof was replaced quickly even with the unfavorable weather conditions. They also noted discrepancies with my current roof and were able to fix those issues. I had an usual shaped roof vent that they were able to find a custom cover for. Along with the the roof, I had the gutters replaced with gutter covers and they look fantastic. Overall, the experience of having to get a new roof and gutters was smooth and painless with a great company to work with that knows what they are doing. Obviously now the envy of the neighborhood.
