We contacted Frogtown Roofing about getting our roof replaced due to it being covered in moss, double-layered, and faded. Frank was very thorough with his inspection and provided us with a quote within the hour. Frogtown's quote had the best warranty and price of any of the other quotes we received. Frogtown replaced my roof in 5 hours! They did an excellent job! They went above and beyond for me. Every concern I had after the roof install was properly taken care of. These are the hardest working guys I seen in a long time. They tore off my old roof and put down 48 squares of roofing in two days time. That is phenomenal. They did a great job protecting my bushes and cleaning up the yard.. Jake was the job leader and he did I wonderful job.

I have a 4 years old roof that they did in May 2016 FOR OVER $17,000... we are the new owners two years ago on this property. Last year, a few pieces of shingles flew off and they came a few weeks later to check on it and repaired it. Saying if we have any problems, just let them know. We thought it was a fluke and did not think it will be a reoccurring issue. Lo and behold, there are 3 more areas got blown off few weeks ago and we did not even have a storm. Called them four weeks ago and they blew us off until our persistent texting and calling, they came today. ANDRE LEMERAND -project Mgr/estimator...TOLD US THAT THE WARRANTY WAS TO THE PREVIOUS OWNER AND THE PROBLEM HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH HIM.nnAs I see it, the Corning shingles are intact, not damaged in any ways. Just blown off, this means that their workmanship is likely the cause. I have pictures taken from a drone to prove it below.nnI am truly disappointed that they don’t stand behind their work! The poor workmanships and poor work ethics...it took them a very long time to get back to you on warranty work. They have found every reasons for not being able to come see the damage...like the weather, family commitments, or other work. Between my husband and I, we’d probably call him at least six times and husband texted him numerous times.nnThey will try to find ways for you to pay more... Local business should be friendly, responsive and easy to work with. Otherwise, we will all be going to a big chains.nnI WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS! They felt that the issue was the ventilation ridge was not secure properly with smooth nails. So this time not only will they secure it longer ridges nails but glued as well.nnI am thankful for the service they have rendered and will up their review from a 1 ⭐ufe0f to a ⭐ufe0f ⭐ufe0f ⭐ufe0f ⭐ufe0f stars. Reason being...they contacted us to remedied the issue, Frank who re-installed the ridges was very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable.nnWe really appreciated the work Frank put in and the one less star is due to the fact that we have to goes through this loop to get the issue fixed. One of the best companys I've hired in a long time. Andre is honest and professional. I had a signed contract with a start date just two days away.as the Covid hit and I was layed off. I contacted Andre, and he was totally understanding, and postponed the project until I was ready. Remember that the project was a complete tear off (all wood) and total new roof. After I told them I was ready, they came and completed the huge project with app. 20 workers. All the workers were courteous and professional and worked there butts off. The price was very affordable and there work was top notch. I highly recommend them, and I seldom if ever do that. Give Andre a call, you will not be disappointed.
