My mom has been calling over a month and a half. At first they said someone will get back to her. No one ever returned her call. Now they won’t even pick up the phone. I think they see her name and just let it ring, because I tried calling right after her from a different number and they picked up. Not professional at all.....
Midwest sided my house...... unfortunately they guy who did it was not trained properly and now I have to live with siding that warped whenever the sun is out. Its a simple fix that would not have to be done if the “craftsman” siding my house would have used utility channel instead of nailing siding so it can’t move! You can never nail siding with out leaving play for expansion and contraction!!!!! I can’t believe they side homes this way! I also can’t believe they won’t make it right. They are full of excuses and keep blowing me off. They say they will fix it but it’s been over 4 months! Please do yourself a favor and find anyone else!
I had new gutters and downspouts installed by this company and am very satisfied regarding the workmanship, quality of materials, and the cost. They also replaced the windows, doors, and siding on my son's house and did an excellent job as well. I had originally contacted Midwest Siding because of recommendations from other satisfied customers.
Piss poor customer service! Not very good at what they do.
