Dave came out quickly on a Sunday to take a look at our roof. I really appreciated it!
We called Dave to repair what we believed to be a leak in our roof by the bathroom ceiling fan. Dave got into the attic and located the fan. He found that the ceiling fan was not properly installed. He made repairs. Even though this is not the type of work he provides he tried to make the fan dispose of the condensation the correct way, not the way it was installed. We can't thank him enough for repairing the fan for us. By the way he had to work his way all the way to the back of the attic to make the repair. Recommend highly that any roofing work call Dave first. M. Kulyk
Mark was the best! I was looking into a house and needed a roof inspection/estimate. Being that I just graduated from grad school I have little money to throw around. He definitely went above and beyond. He took my needs and story into consideration and helped to his potential. I HIGHLY recommend this company. They are so personable and understanding. After a recent storm I contacted Legacy Roofing to inspect my roof for damage. Dave came out right away and did a thorough inspection, explained in detail what he saw, and even showed us pictures. Because of the nature of the damage I asked if they could fit us in ASAP, prior to the next round of forecasted rain. Dave was able to move some things around and was able to fit us in the very next day. Awesome communication and responsiveness - truly appreciated.
