Justin showed up exactly on time, professional and very friendly. He seemed extremely knowledgeable about the job and was more than capable of answering any and all of my questions. He even helped my wife and I determine the best option for our patio door. Champion Windows seems to be doing something right. For my family and I, it isnt about price, it's all about the service and how we are treated during the process. The low prices are just extra. We enjoy using their services time and time again. I met with Alan from Champion about to look at our siding and gutters and talk about replacing them and what the entire process entails. He was extremely professional, courteous, and respectful!!! I have met with several other home exterior companies, and Alan from Champion was by far the best to work with and to discuss the process. He allowed me time to ask questions so as to not be overwhelmed with information and he gave a clear assessment of what could be done with the siding and gutters in addition to some extremely helpful tips. Thank you Champion for sending a professional like Alan to get me started with this home improvement process!!
Justin was on time and did an amazing job with our quote. He was patient, courteous and knowledgeable. He provided us with multiple quotes and helped as we asked questions throughout the meeting. I would highly recommend Champion if anyone is looking to replace windows.
I was hesitant to replace my windows and sliding door even though it needed to be done. After making a free appointment to talk about the windows and sliding door, Justin Weeks stopped by and made me feel at ease with my situation. Champion is great because they ensure you understand what you are getting and they even show you a comparison of other companies in competition (Lowe’s, Home Depot, Pella, etc) All parts are American made and there is no middle man involved. Honestly I am thankful to come across this company and that Justin and Ralph were able to find discounts for me to help me feel more comfortable with the price. I absolutely recommend them if you are in need of any window replacement or repairs.
Despite a really long delay given pandemic backlog, I had a great experience with Champion building our sunroom! Marlin was my factory representative and he did an excellent job addressing all my questions, building credibility and trust, and on numerous occasions going out of his way to ensure customer satisfaction. Hector led construction and I so admire and appreciate his (and his team's) work ethic and thoroughness; throughout the process, he offered great suggestions/advice. Jon was my contact for overall project management and he was very responsive in addressing all my questions/concerns. Overall a great experience; I would recommend them.
