I've never gone through the process of replacing my roof through an insurance claim. Robinhood Roofing and Restoration made the whole process very easy for me. I didn't have to do much of anything. They also kept in good communications with me during the whole process. The day before, everyone showed up exactly as scheduled. Very professional crew and just good people. The next day, the roofers arrived and worked at a breakneck pace. I was impressed. They laid out plenty of tarp to catch the old shingles and those that didn't fall into it, they picked up. The yard was picked clean of any evidence. The roof looks awesome and got a real good test when we were hit with heavy wind and rain the next day. They even saved my boot cover and reinstalled it. I figured that was going to be scrapped and was pleasantly surprised it was still on the roof, and looking better than I had it. I hope I don't have to get a new roof anytime soon but if I did, I'd call these guys up again. I highly recommend Robinhood Roofing and Restoration for your roofing needs.
After some terrible weather in the area, the owner of Robinhood reached out to the community offering free small repairs. We had a shingle that blew off, so he sent his crew out the next day and they handled the repair with no payment! An owner who goes above and beyond for the community deserves recognition!

Robinhood roofing was great throughout the whole process. They helped coordinate with the insurance company to get my roof covered. The workers were in and out within one day and did a great job! Great customer service, thank you again Brian!
