Willie and Jason did a great job communicating and keeping in contact. Willie attended the insurance inspection and helped explain everything while I was communicating with my insurance provider.nnWhen the day came to do the roof replacement the crew was on time and very professional. They did a great job and then cleaned up the whole area to the point you wouldn't even know they were there.nnVery satisfied with the whole experience. Couldn't give a stronger recommendation.

Highly recommend Guaranteed Roofing. We're making updates to our house in Mariemont and needed a few small repairs on the roof near the window and trim. These guys were easy to work and communicate with. We had same day scheduling and repair. We're very happy with the work too. Highly recommend if you're looking for roof work in the Mariemont area.

Professional, responsive and the best value. I had several roofers come and provide me estimates for a total roof replacement on my house. When I reached out to Guaranteed, I received a prompt response from Jason and he provided the most fair price out of everyone. His turnaround was unbelievably quick and I had a new roof a very short time later. When his crew were finished, there wasn’t a single scrap of material from the job on my property. Everything was spotless and my new roof looks great! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I will recommend Guaranteed Roofing to anyone I can.

22 days ago a wind storm did considerable damage to my roof. After reaching out to my insurance company, I hit every possible source looking for a company to work with me as I went through this process. After visiting the Guaranteed Roofing website and reading the reviews, I was blown away, but still somewhat skeptical. If you have made it this far in the review, let the skepticism go. This company is incredible. I worked with Willie Hurst, and he was more than flexible when it came time to work with the insurance adjuster. His communication was informative, professional, polite and even welcoming. It made me feel like I had a friend helping me with this situation.nWhen I left for work this morning, I had a palate of shingles on my driveway and a patch on my roof. By the time I came home, they roof was completed and there was no evidence that they had been here.nSearch no further. The reviews are real. This company may be the shining light in the dumpster fire that has been 2020.

I couldn't be happier with Guaranteed Roofing and the job they did replacing my roof. They were very easy to work with, responsive, professional, fast, clean, and did high quality work. They check all the boxes for a great roof replacement experience. I will definitely call them again!
