I have worked closely with XAP 360 on the marketing side in a professional capacity. They have been professional, timely, and are certainly subject matter experts with the technology for drone inspections and support services. I have enjoyed working with them and have found their value to be exponential in being able to communicate the purpose and advantage of using pivotal technology to prepare, protect, and support our client base.

We have worked with XAP360 for a little over a year now. They constantly continue to grow and add/update their existing system to better benefit their customers, which makes our jobs easier and more enjoyable. Prior to working with XAP I had zero experience with drone technology. I would say that the learning curve in getting into it was steep. While on the surface there may not be a ton of formal training resources available, working with the people at XAP has been exceedingly helpful. Their sales people and tech support have always been able and willing to help me and provide the resources I have needed. They have also been regularly and readily available to provide direct one-on-one training when necessary. Even after running into some potential hurdles, their people were nothing less than expeditious in providing support and solutions to overcome the obstacles. By using XAP as a true partner rather than just a product or service, I would say that I could not be happier with them. In the end, they have been able to be extraordinarily helpful in my department's mission to grow into the 21st century - and have done so with an impeccable product, service, and support.

I've been working with Kaz and the team at XAP 360 for a few months now and they've been wonderful. Always extremely responsive to requests for reports, providing assistance with reviewing missions and working through technical difficulties. I would highly recommend this company!

Signed up with these guys as one of the first Contractor’s in the country. I think Phil Pratt is a good guy, but the program, the drone, and the rest of the organization is laughable. Spoke with several other contractors who signed up and would agree it was a complete waste of money. Not the first time we have wasted money, but found it pretty disgusting that roofing contractors we’re ripping off other roofing contractors. Pretty standard for the industry I suppose, but not how we do business. Would never recommend doing business with XAP. Complete waste of $40,000. Kesprey the drone company also oversold the product, capabilities and customer service was worthless.
