The fist day was an inspecting and education for us as we had no clue as to what goes on in a roof repair. My home was built in 1972 year and I’m not sure how many times the roof shingles have been replaced but I knew that it was time for a new roof installation. So I called Columbus Roof Repair and Installation Company and two other well known roofing companies in Columbus to come out and give me an estimate.nnChad from Columbus Roof Repair was the most that knowledgeable and straight forward so I chose to use them. I’m so glad I did because they truly lived up to all to good feedback I found online from their past customers.nnI also asked them to explain what they were doing every step along the way and they agreed. I used Columbus Roof Repair and Installation Company’s twice now. The first was a minor shingle displacement, most likely after heavy winds that took a few months to start leaking. I sent them a few pictures from the attic at and he was able to come out the following day to take a look. This was very satisfying considering most of the other roofing repair companies couldn’t get us in at least for an inspection for days! They did an inspection, quoted a reasonable price, and was back the following day with a few guys and finished it in just over an hour. Very professional, took their shoes off inside the house, and really made sure all my questions were answered before they left.nnThe second time I had them over to look at a fan vent that goes through the roof. I wasn’t sure if it was a roofing issue, but as these things go I called him at 530pm, and he was able to come out first thing the next morning to take a look. They confirmed there wasn’t any leak and helped me try to diagnose it further. Again he was very professional, texted ahead of time when he was on his way, and overall just great! Would recommend to anyone who thinks they may have a roof issue.
A few months ago a hail storm destroyed our roof, gutters, and siding. Columbus Roof Repair and Installation came in with a very fair quote but the difference was the time they took to make sure we understood what needed to be covered and what to expect each step of the way. Throughout the construction process we where given step by step updates. All work was preformed on time and the quality was excellent. After the roof was complete we had them come back to rebuild our patio over hang, again the entire process was a pleasure. They made sure we where satisfied throughout the process and we could not be happier with the outcome. I will use them for any construction projects. I cant say enough good things about this company.nnI would highly recommend Columbus Roof Repair and Installation for your construction/renovation needs whether big or small. They work with you regarding your wants and requirements and make suggestions along the way from their experiences of what would work better and they display excellent workmanship.
