Even though we ended up not going with their bid, they were very competitive and helped us reach the right solution for our situation. What a great experience! Our home has a low pitched rubber roof and so could not just use any roofer.nnProblem: our sky lights were leaking with heavy rains.nnSolution: Flat Roof Pros! Quote seemed high, but we needed the work done and they seemed like the most qualified for the job. Man am i glad with that decision! Two really friendly guys came to make the repairs. They did a great job sealing our flat roof and repairing our skylights on a large commercial building, West Broad Street in Columbus, OH. They gave us a nice warranty with it! I would recommend them for your job! Polite, professional, quick to schedule our repairs and great to work with!

We'll definitely be calling Flat Roof Pros the next time we have roof issues.nWe had a leaking roof in our new home (old house, but we'd just moved in) after some winter storms piled a bunch of snow and ice on our flat roof. Water was dripping into our living room, but after drilling some holes in our ceiling to let it out, it eased up. We called several companies for quotes to repair the damage, but many didn't seem to know what they were looking at with a flat roof. Flat Roof Pros were the only ones who offered an immediate solution (the next best solution we were offered was tarping it until the problematic section could be replaced in warmer temps). Flat Roof Pros were able to come out quickly and identify the source of the leak.There were a few hiccups in the communication/scheduling after the initial visit, for which I deducted one star. (It was some days after the inspection before the repair person came back to do the repairs, with some miscommunications on when they would arrive (day and time), which lead to us not having our anxious pup properly prepared. Further, had the leaking ceiling continued during this time, those few days could have been very problematic.) That said, I'm sure they were slammed after the winter storm, so we were relieved to be serviced in the timeframe we were, and figure they had to prioritize sites with more urgent issues than ours. The company was pleasant to deal with, and while we haven't made it up to inspect the work yet (too dangerous in icy conditions with mobility challenges), we have had quite a bit of snow and ice (and melt/refreeze) since then, and there has been no further leaking or issues in our home. I believe the issue was satisfactorily resolved and the work was done at a price that didn't break the bank. We'll definitely call Flat Roof Pros the next time we have roof issues.
