We used Dependable Roofing to do a roof replacement after the hail storm in April of 2020. Gary also worked with our insurance company to get other damage that was found get replaced also. He was easy to work with and always available if I had questions. We will definitely use Dependable Roofing again for our rental in the future!
Excellent résponse time and extremely fr iendly people.
Spoke with Dependable on multiple occasions regarding a repair as they came highly recommended in the area. Last message was three days prior. After receiving no message back or update placed a final call and was extremely unprofessional. More or less stated our job wasn't big enough and he would get to it when he wanted to. Biggest complaint is in regards to being unprofessional and lack of following up on there word.There's a few things a man has in this world with morals like loyalty, duty, respect honor,integrity, and personal courage. The size of the job doesn't determine priority and ignoring a customer is bad business. Looking at the reviews it wasn't the first time this specific problem has come up.
They did a great job and use top of the line materials! I highly recommend Dependable Roofing!
