Franzoso Contracting

We are thrilled with the window replacement project in our den. We needed to replace three windows that leaked water every time it rained. Edwin and his team came in and not only solved our water issues but replaced the windows, all in one day. Beautifully and professionally done, congratulations Franzoso!

Mark was referred to me by a client of mine. I had received estimates on replacing my deck 2 years earlier, and kept delaying. Mark came out for an initial meeting/ estimate, which came in most competitive with the previous bids. The difference was in the details. Mark made a few suggestions, the others didn’t even dream of. We submitted the required paperwork to our village for approval, and signed the contract. The only problem, everyone is doing home improvements during the pandemic, and we had to wait about 2 months for the material to arrive. The crew and foreman were total professionals. The work was top notch, and every day, they left my home, my wife and I were more impressed. They completed the work in about 2 weeks, but had to wait a few more weeks for the gate and fascia to arrive. I can’t begin to tell you how many of our neighbors have commented on their “deck envy”. Oh, as a side note, our neighbor, that had used a different contractor (we got an estimate from him 2 years prior), took over a year before she could get her deck signed off on, and receive a C of O. Our deck was inspected last Friday, and I was told to expect it in the mail this week. We signed the contract, the end of June. The deck was started in mid September, and the final trim was installed on 10/31. We cannot be more pleased with Mark Franzoso and his people, true professionals, that take great pride in their work!

Our experience with Franzoso Contracting was entirely positive. We decided to have our rain gutters fitted with something to keep the leaves out. We researched the various options and then called Franzoso to give us a proposal. The salesman was knowledgeable and, even though our gutters were intact, offered the option of upgrading to a gutter system with higher rain capacity and larger diameter leaders in addition to the leaf screening. He was easy to deal with and put no pressure on whatsoever. Based on the research we had done we judged the price of the proposal to be fair and reasonable. The two-man crew arrived with all necessary tools and supplies, including a system for custom-forming the gutters on-site. They completed the job in one (long) day, and thoroughly cleaned up. We were billed exactly the price quoted a few days after the work was completed. I am fussy about workmanship and inspect work in-progress closely. I was entirely satisfied with the quality of the installation. The workers were skilled, pleasant to have around and responsive to our wishes and preferences regarding details of the installation.

This company is wonderful. We needed to replace two very large and old doors - one a french door and the other a sliding door that were letting out a ton of heat. We worked with their salesman Doug Toback who was awesome and worked through several options in order for us to find the best value. We then coordinated the installation with Dan Gile who has to be the nicest New Yorker I've ever met :-) The installation was done by Steven - a gentleman who has such a can do attitude, is efficient and so respectful. He and his colleague had to carry the very large and heavy sliding door up a steep hill in our snowy backyard and when I apologized for the hassle - told me it was no big deal at at all - it's their job and they're happy to do it. The doors turned out GREAT!! So pretty! So easy to open and close and simply beautiful. They all wore masks from start to finish too. Very happy and would definitely recommend to others.
