Watergate Motor Inn

This place is disgusting. Their rooms are very dirty, there’s bugs and spider webs inside the rooms, mold in the room and writing on some parts of the wall. When I stayed there I opened the closet and someone else’s clothes were hanging in there. The window screen had been pulled out and left behind the drawers. I would never in my life go back there again. The room’s appearance and customer service were the worst. When my husband asked for a refund after we had stayed there for 10 minutes, the manager/owner asked why and my husband explained the rooms conditions, he responded by stating that the room we were in was the best room he had. Don’t waste your money or time at this place.

Still the nastiest motel around. Disgusting rooms, broken doors, vandalism everywhere, peeling paint, nothing in room but a fridge that smells of rot. An absolutely beautiful part of NY, but you’ll still feel like you’re in a slum. The fact that they charge $90 is a joke, but it is the cheapest around.nI am curious how anyone could possibly have given this place more than 1-Star (I am extremely tolerant and low-maintenance). Camping would probably be a better choice.
