The Graham & Co. Hotel

I always enjoy staying at the Graham! The reception area is so cute and the rooms are minimalistic but designed just right. I also love the mattresses here. The den has plenty of games, movies to watch and a lovely fireplace to keep you warm. It’s more of a motel than a hotel but the prices are better than some of the new boutique hotels you’ll find upstate. This is a great spot to explore upstate towns from.

We had a very comfortable stay at The Graham and Co, it had everything we needed. We stayed in the room with a kitchenette which made our stay extra convenient and comfortable. The hotel also has cute amenities for guests, like the Den which is a big game room with a woodfire. Every morning there is coffee and tea available at reception and the service there is impeccable. The owners and staff are the friendliest most down to earth people, and went out of their way to make sure we felt safe and comfortable. The town of Phoenicia is quaint and cozy, the locals are all so friendly and there’s a hike nearby but it was a moderate to difficult hike. The town unfortunately doesn’t have any cell service but the hotel had great wifi. We didn’t have a car which made getting around difficult, so would recommend anyone traveling up to have their own car.

My boyfriend and I just stayed here and I couldn’t recommend this place more. If you are looking for serious escape and relaxation... Graham & Company knows how to do it. This place is magical. They have a beautiful pool, a huge yard with a fire pit, hammocks and activities. They also have bikes you can take to ride around in the town of Phoenicia. Coffee and donuts were amazing too. The staff was absolutely great and super helpful with anything we needed. Can’t wait to go back!

Stayed here recently during my first trip to the Catskills. Really enjoyed it! Rooms were great, staff was extremely helpful, even talked us through some of the best hiking spots in the area one day during our stay. Great COVID protocols, felt very safe the whole time we were there. Would definitely stay here again.

I love this spot. My stay here is always relaxing and rejuvenating. The setting is perfect: When on the hotel grounds, you can stay focused on the surrounding mountains and creek. If you want to venture into Phoenicia for a bite, it's an easy walk or bike ride. The staff is very welcoming, and I'm a big fan of the fire pits. Good coffee and tea. I most recently stayed early in the quarantine, when they first started their contactless check-in and breakfast service. It all went very smoothly and didn't distract from my experience.
