Phoenicia Hideaway Vacation Rental

Amy's place is a great spot to stay to explore the Catskill Mountains area. Set on a quiet street, adjacent to Esopus Creek and close to downtown Phoenicia, you have the benefit of quiet country life, access to local parks and being within a few minutes of the local restaurants and stores in Phoenicia and easy access to nearby towns. The house is quiet, very comfortable, well equipped and clean. Amy is ultra-responsive to any inquiries and is always there to assist with any of your needs during the stay. I highly recommend Amy and her house for your Catskills visit.

My best friend and I enjoyed our time at the Phoenicia Hideaway very much. It's in a prime location with beautiful nature and things to do. The house itself is comfy and has an open layout with a comfortable couch and a solid sized TV. It was great for lounging, reading, and devouring the most recent Netflix shows. Amy was super accommodating and helpful as well (she even helped find and ship an item of mine I accidentally left behind). We'd definitely recommend this awesome house! :-)

Amy’s home is absolutely fantastic. I cannot recommend staying at her place enough. The hospitality she showed, and all the thoughtful touches she left in the home for us were above and beyond. We were in town for our wedding weekend and she made sure to make us feel taken care of and comfortable. Amy was easy to communicate with and we are very grateful to her and her clean, stylish space

We had a most lovely time in this lovely gem of a house! Amy was so attentive, she even brought my 2 little dogs a box of biscuits!nWe really enjoyed the peace and quiet since we live in Manhattan! The beds were very comfortable and the A/C worked well! We really recommend this house and look forward to returning soon!

We enjoyed the warm hospitality from Amy. This is a nice and cozy home for a weekend stay. The foliage scene and hiking trails in the area was amazing. Amy was a great host and we enjoyed our time there.
