Rooms Are beautiful and the food is excellent...

We had an excellent stay. We were upgraded to a suite when we arrived. The Owego scene was fun, but the best was at the Parkview! The dinner at the Dugan Hose was great, the bartender was phenomenal. Would recommend this place for a economical get a way. Way more than I expected, it was great.

Such a cool historical boutique Hotel amid restored old homes and wonderful shops. Wonderful comfort food in the Dugan Bar and Restaurant. Definitely coming back!

Breakfast with a friend was great. Clean. Good service, and coffee always came at the right time.
