Days Inn by Wyndham Long Island/Copiague

Poor service by all staff members. Room was less than satisfactory. Lamp shade broke on desk made to look like to was fine. Chair had burn holes all over it. Bathroom fan was hanging from ceiling. Never received extra items that were requested. Booking.com needs to check their listing better. Wyndham, I'm surprise this is a property of yours. I thought it would be better. You might want to look into this one. I've worked 25 years in hospitality and I know that the card is authorized not charged until checkout. Why did Mike Patel now allow me to pay cash at check out. Lie and say that it was already charged. Then checked me out and said see its been charged? Of course it has, you just checked me out. Shame. I hope you, Wyndham do something about the non trained staff that works there.

It nice the people are kool. I wish they had breakfast n a bag but just coffee.

Stay was great but i called before and asked if i could check in at 2 and was told it wouldn't be a problem.nI got there and they told me i could only check in at 3.nCustomer service wasn't that great either.

Late for a wedding nearby, otherwise I would have .found another place to stay..non smoking room stunk like weed.. i had to put clorox wipes in the vents to be able to sleep .bed was ok..bathroom was clean.. rug needs to be replaced..would. not stay again..and $140.. is a rip off

The inn person who works at the front desk is not friendly at all. Glad we moved and stay at a different inn where surround by a lot green trees and grass.
