BE CAREFUL THESE PEOPLE WILL RIP YOU OFF!nnI have been a 5+ year customer staying here for the AMA Vintage Cuddybackville flat track event. I called and cancelled my reservation because I was unable to attend two weeks before the event. They never sent me an email confirmation, and they charged my account.nnI called to resolve this and they refused to help me.nnThis is the second and final straw with these people. Three years ago they told me there were no rooms available (EVEN THOUGH I HAD MY CONFIRMATION INFORMATION).nnI WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. Racers, be aware!!!!

No problems, missed the breakfast, but with the pandemic, most hotels not serving...

Hotel itself was clean and customer service is good.The only thing I didn’t like about is when we make reservation they said it includes breakfast and pool access but when you go there, there is no free breakfast and pool access due to COVID-19.

I think the hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly! Why I give them a 3 star rating is because when I found the hotel it said rooms cost 81 a night, we were caught in a storm and when we got to the hotel they were charging double what the price said! As well as I was told we would be charged 157 after tax plus a 75 dollar deposit, we were charged 180 a night! I am a Wyndham member and they never even opened my account! Again the rooms were nice and I didn't mind the stay but it is upsetting that a hotel that barely has a rating would charge 4 or 5 star rates because of a snow storm!
