The best place at the finger lakes. We have been coming here the last 8years and the rooms are amazing, good breakfast and the best hosts!

Tim and Val's place is stunning inside and out. This place is such a good deal and in a stellar location for wineries and other area explorations. They were very nice and easy to book with. Breakfast was extremely delicious and they were thoughtful about asking us our preferences. I will definitely be returning.

We have stayed here for 5 years in a row. This is a very quaint bed and breakfast on Cayuga Lake. The view from all the rooms is spectacular. It is close to a lot of great wineries. Make sure to visit Taughannock Falls. Breakfast each morning is delicious and filling. Just what you need before wine tasting. Val and Tim are very gracious hosts and knowledgeable of the area. We always look forward to our next visit.

This is the best bed and breakfast along Cayuga Lake on the western shore. Tim, the owner, is right down to earth and truly cares about his visitors.
