The Lodge at Grist Iron Brewing Co.

Our stay at The Lodge at Grist Iron was great! 10/10 would recommend. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The Lodge and the brewery was both kid and dog friendly. The views were amazing and the sunsets are like no other. We had access to the fire pit and took advantage of that one night. We stayed in the King Suite and everything was clean and tidy. The only downfall was the shower. For reference, I am 5ft and petite and the shower was a little cramped. You couldn’t get out of the water flow to lather up. The water pressure and temperature was great though. And there was a large tub in our bathroom as well. The beer and food was also great at the brewery. Watkins Glen was only about a 10 minute drive and we did some hiking there. There were a ton of wineries and other breweries within a few minute drive. We would definitely come back and stay here again!

Super clean, easy check in with complimentary beers. Stayed in room 9 which accommodates 6 comfortably. Just a short walk across lot to the brewery, food was delicious! Fire pit out back was nice to enjoy on a cold winters night. Complimentary breakfast in main room with great view of the lake. Definitely will go back!!

What a great find! Beautiful views, expansive property, clean and modern rooms. What I really liked is that the service was helpful and friendly yet 'hands off'. We had dinner at the Brewery and made some fun and local friends! Definitely recommend this place.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Loved the complimentary brew on arrival and the clever way the brewery theme was carried through the lodge decor (beer koozies outside the shower = nice touch!). The view from the balcony was beautiful. Wish we could have stayed more than one night! We will be back!!

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Gorgeous view of the lake from the common area. There are only 9 rooms so no worry of it being over crowded and you can maintain social distancing. With a brewery on site, what more could you want?
