Charbonneau did our roof in 2007 on our home on Saratoga Lake. The architectural panels looked great from the outside until the rippling began. Our contractor is here today to uncover the cause. Lo and behold Mr. Charbonneau used fiber board, not plywood and the Insulation is completely saturated and soaked with water. The fiberboard is rotted out and we have to replace the entire roof! It's a small house, but it was over $5000 in 2007. It will cost $3800 plus the new insulation.nnI tried several times to contact Charbonneau to fix the situation, but he NEVER returned my calls. He lost my screens and failed to put a sky light in, which I would have paid extra for. What a company. Very poor customer service.
