Nice hotel and restaurant with good food.nnOnly downside was the noise from the water and could hear the people upstairs.

Front desk staff name Donna is very pleasant and knowledgeable of the hotel and surrounding area. Bed was very comfy and room was spotless. Restaurant food was good also

Stayed here with my wife for our anniversary. I am honestly disappointed overall. Their sofa is old and dirty. Their internet is awfully slow. Their key card didn't work on our second and last day during our stay. I couldn't call for help because nobody was in the reception to talk to. It was Monday 4pm and nobody was there, they came back the day after when we checked out. Told the receptionist when we checked out about the key card fiasco, instead I was just given another key card that's 'supposed' to work but still didn't. I'm not blaming anyone but you guys should check and look into your system. This was a hassle, honestly. We couldn't eat out on Monday cause of the incident. I had to leave my wife in the room so she can open the door for me. I even entered through the sliding door behind. I'm just glad we stayed on the conference level or I would've climbed somewhere just to get in. The only thing that we honestly enjoyed was the food at their restaurant and their jetted jacuzzi. Everything else was disappointing.

Did not stay, just dining. Not as good as it use to be. I think they changed chefs and raised prices, smaller portions. No specials, Limited menu. If I am going to pay $30.00 for a small filet mignon, a plop of mashed potatoes and a few squash slices, a salad should be included, not an additional $6.00. They use to offer a sweet potato mash or baked potato. I miss the old menu. Nothing made this dinner special. Two average dinner rolls & 2 pats of butter on a plate. Even adding a slice of brown bread and cinnamon butter would have been special. Maybe all of this is a result of Covid restrictions, but it was disappointing.

Outdated ,blood stain on chair noisey annoying housekeeper misleading specials were offered on valentines day was not offered and overcharged but received the back charge days later.
