Courtyard by Marriott Saratoga Springs

Courtyard is a straightforward concept in hotels. The staff was very pleasant. The public areas of the hotel have been refreshed in the last couple years but the rooms are showing their age. The HVAC is noisy and temperamental. A recent room had an OOC safe and a shower handle about to fall off. If you are a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum member it always seems odd that you don’t get breakfast here so add an extra cost to your bill. I generally avoid the brand if only for this reason. While open now for five months post shutdown the hotel bistro still is not open while others in town are. This is a challenging time but something better than grab and go would be nice.

Staff is great, hotel very clean, but was highly disappointed with the comfort of the bed.

Acommadating nice service. Disapointed with grab and go breakfast. Muffin , fruit cup ,water. Another hotel we stayed at during covid at least included microwaveable sandwich ,yogurt, power bar ,and real fruit banana and orange.

Ok I had a problem with their policy of not cleaning my room everydayud83dude2c they offered towels if u called for them but still I've stayed in hotels elsewhere and they cleaned everyday even left the remote in a sanitized bag...no gym...reservations needed for the pool...no restaurant...coffee offered in the morning at the reception desk with a bagged muffin..the location is walkable to town and parking was ample.

It's a clean comfortable environment
