Saratoga Arms

Charming is an understatement! We were drawn as soon we walked up to the building. The decor and all the fine details from the way the sitting area was decorated to the small details throughout. The room we stayed in was a classic king and it was just beautifully set. You are treated as if you are family. The staff was kind, helpful and very welcoming.nWe were only there for two nights but just could not get enough of how you feel you like you were taken back in time. You are made to feel at home. We cannot wait to go back and anyone looking to stay in Saratoga Springs, this would be the perfect spot to stay!

My husband and I were looking to book a weekend getaway and ended up deciding on Saratoga Springs. After looking around at all of the options, all of the wonderful reviews for Saratoga Arms are what sold us on booking this property. We loved the location and the rustic charm of the hotel. We felt extremely safe to be staying here during the pandemic and would highly recommend for anyone hesitant to travel right now.nnThe main reason I was compelled to write a review for this hotel is because of the staff. They were friendly and accommodating to us and always available to answer questions - plus the fresh baked cookies and amazing breakfast in bed each day were a major plus.nnNow, what really blew me away was the honesty and integrity of the staff. A few days after I returned home, I realized I had left my Cartier watch (valued at several thousand dollars) in the hotel safe. Of course, I was in a panic and called immediately. The guy who answered the phone was very friendly and understanding and offered to go check the safe right then. He called me back a few minutes later, confirmed they had it, and offered to ship it to me with insurance OR hold it for me so I could pick it up. Truly a class act and saved me from getting in trouble with my husband ;)nnI would highly recommend Saratoga Arms to anyone looking for a nice, relaxing getaway.

Excellent stay! This place is a perfect balance of B&B meets Hilton. Everyone was super nice and went above and beyond especially Ian and Amy. Also got to meet the owner and she was a sweetheart. The only thing I could say on the opportunity side was we were celebrating our 10yr anniversary and some kind of small gesture would had been nice, not expected by any means, but would had been nice like a card & candy/drink etc. Nonetheless we will go again!

We loved our experience at Saratoga Arms and felt that the price matched the services that we received. We selected a room with a big beautiful whirlpool tub that was sufficiently large for a couple to enjoy together.nnWe stayed here for a mini honeymoon during Covid. I'd highly recommend short stays, enjoying their delicious breakfasts delivered to your bedroom.
