Circular Manor Bed and Breakfast

Located only a few blocks from Broadway, this beautifully restored B&B is our go-to home away from home when visiting Saratoga. The hosts, Dieter and Michelle, are truly great at what they do and continue to impress with each visit. The rooms are beautiful, clean and comfortable. On-site parking is available and whether you're in town for the food, farmer's market or track, you can leave the car and walk everywhere. Their breakfast is always top notch and yes, the pancakes are that good. The porch is great for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine. Skip the hotels and stay here if you want a true Saratoga experience.

We stayed in the Seasons room and loved it. So close to the downtown, that we were able to walk to all the restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and they catered to my wife's food allergy without missing a beat. Highly recommend it

We just returned from our annual visit to the races at Saratoga and once again, as we always do, we stayed at Circular manor. It was like coming home!! This is just the very best place to stay of any we have found anywhere. Michele and Dieter are the best people,both as inn keepers and as friends. . In fact,Circular is our home in Saratoga. We meet the same people each year and know that we will see them again next year. Dieter does a fantastic breakfast and Michele is just the best hostess. The house is a true Victorian gem and offers every amenity and is a very special place to stay and enjoy. The location is an easy walk to the track and we never have to use the car for anything. The porch is super to just sit and rock and watch. There is really no better place to stay. We have booked again for next year and hope to be back for many more to come. Michele and Dieter have become friends and staying with them is just like staying at the home of a good friend. We could not speak more highly of any place or any people.

We stayed at the Circular Manor in Summer 2016, Dieter and Michelle were such wonderful hosts, and made our trip extra special by recommending a number of places to visit in Saratoga Springs that we otherwise would not have gone to. The house itself was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious! We will definitely stay there again if we are in the area!
