Holiday Inn Saratoga Springs

Good place for a night or two, rooms are not big, queens size bed look like a twin size bed. The position is great walking distance from all the places to go in Saratoga springs. Room seems clean and quite. Breakfast is a plus, very good!nnCovid Response: Great! Congratulation!

This is my second time at the Saratoga Holiday Inn.nIf I could of stayed longer I would. It has a great area for my dog to walk even in 39 inches of snow. But in nicer weather the steps to Congress Park are right at the edge of the hotel parking lot.nThe staff is awesome and super helpful. The rooms are immaculate.nI will definitely be back.

I didn't mind staying, however the cleaners need to learn how to clean. There was hair all over the bathroom. The ceiling, shower walls, tub, floor, and it was not little hairs that people just miss. It was absolutely disgusting. However the rest of the stay was good, staff is nice.. thanks for the stay. Just teach your cleaners how to clean.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful two night stay. I love that's a pet friendly hotel.

We were planning to stay for 5 nights, but we were informed that our room would only be cleaned when we left. We found that to be totally unacceptable and left a day earlier.
