Anne's Washington Inn

Well worth the price. Cozy, clean rooms. Each one has it's own special charm. Owner Joe very nice and answered our many questions about the area. The rest of the staff very nice and all so knowledgeable. Everyone so welcoming and a big comfortable front porch that just waits for it's visitors to come sit or swing and talk about the days adventures or share tips on your favorite Horse or Jockey. Already talking about our return visit next year.

I cannot say enough about this place and the owner Joe. I was in search for a place to go for our anniversary and wanted it to feel like a Hallmark movie, and this was exactly it. From the second we arrived, Joe welcomed us with a huge smile, upgraded us to a bigger room, and had champagne and chocolates waiting for us. He showed us around, and made us feel like we were at home. He had bikes that you can borrow to ride around the lake, a firepit outside with twinkle lights that we were allowed to use at any time. A great little breakfast setup every morning- coffee on the porch swing was definitely a highlight. Everything is so well taken care of, each room has a TV, mini fridge, several other amenities and cleaned daily. You have the luxury feel of being at a hotel and on vacation, but also feel at home and Joe was so accommodating and provided anything we may have forgotten. It's just a few blocks from the downtown strip, there are a ton of restaurants and shops. I highly suggest this place and will most definitely be making this an annual trip!

Superb service, clean comfortable spaces, warm and welcoming owner and staff. We were there for a very short time but felt completely at home! Thank you Joe and family!

Beautiful old inn, well maintained, fantastic staff, easy walk to downtown and connected to the springs state park. Perfect quiet location.

I held my wedding this weekend at Anne's Washington. Thanks to Joe and everyone else at the Inn it was an absolutely magical experience.
