Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Albany

Terrible. I went to a Ramada Plaza in San Diego a few years back and it was an amazing experience so I had assumed this would be the same. I called beforehand to make sure that they had suits before booking and was ensured that they did. Once I arrived they explained that there were no suites in the hotel at all so they just booked 2 rooms for me. That isn't what I wanted but they wouldn't refund my money so I kept one of the rooms. The peephole had no glass so people could see directly into the room. I had to put tissue in the hole. After waking up I was really itchy and realized that I had bumps from head to toe. All over my hands, arms, legs, and ankles. Even had 2 on my face. I thought they were mosquito bites at first as they were itchy but they begin to hurt so now I'm thinking spider bites. The place is overridden with people on drugs and I would never stay there ever again.

No stars.....nThis place was horrible. Very dirty! Very ran down!!! IT hasn't been updated in a very very long time..First room they gave us must have been rented by the hour it had been used! TV was still on bed a mess.. offered nothing for breakfast not even coffee. It overall was very sketchy.

Very run down. The rooms are poorly lit to hide the dirt and the elevator is very sketchy. The service was nice but cannot overcome the location's upkeep.

This is one of the most disgusting hotels I have ever stayed at and I stay at a lot of hotels. I don't even know if they could renovate this place and make it better. How do you let a 9-story tall Hotel fall into this kind of disrepair?

Because what ever you need the hotel is very accommodating. And the prices are great.Rooms nice and clean.
