Quality Inn & Suites Glenmont - Albany South

There was throw up underneath the fridge. Went to tell front desk shortly after check in and she blamed the throw up on me. Meanwhile I literally just checked in and am perfectly healthy and not drunk. Also saw plenty of hair in jacuzzi, and bed. White stains on floor and smears on bed frame and every other solid surface. I don’t think room was cleaned at all tbh. Ended up leaving ASAP to stay somewhere else. Horrible room.

The only reason to stay here is if you have a pet or smoke. Otherwise, for the same price, there are better kept properties around.

The Inn was nice. Clean rooms, comfortable bed and a great continental breakfast. Parking was ample. Layout of room could have been better, bed should be further away from front door.nnBiggest criticism was how they handled the situation with a dog, not ours, that barked all night long in the room near to us. We didn't get much sleep.

Broken ice maker on second floor of back building, they don’t bring towels to you, you have to go outside to go get them, BLOOD on our curtain, our room had a broken chair too, the elevator sounds like it’s going break soon, near a trucking company with truckers going by, you have to walk outside to go to breakfast. They gave our friends a room where the bed wasn’t even cleaned which means you don’t double check your housekeeping’s work to even know for sure. Lazy. Not coming back ever. And because of covid everyone is swimming because there is nothing to do and you can’t swim long because the next people are staring you to get in next. Uncomfortable. Bas customer service checking in and trying to get someone at the desk at times.

They have terrible employees who thought me and my fiance was trying to steal their blanket because we asked for another. Mind you we are of color and we wtnessed another man check out and they didnt do have the stuff they did to us. I will never visit them again.
