The young lady at the desk Destiny was very helpful, sweet, kind, respectful and funny. She made me and my family feel like we were family and she's from The Bronx just like me that extra points if you ask me. She is a wonderful young lady and if she keep its up she will make it far in that business.

Staff was very nice. Everyone wore their mask in public areas. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The regulations on the pool were annoying, but I understood. You are only allowed in pool for one hour and you have to sign up for that time slot beforehand. The morning staff couldn't get the breakfast system done correctly. We were told to fill out a sheet beforehand to state what we wanted for breakfast, so they could prepare it and put it a brown bag and all we had to do was pick it up. When my spouse went to pick up our breakfast the next two days, our orders were always lost and our bag was made on the spot with substitutes. Other than that I had a nice stay.

This was my very first time here. Absolutely fantastic. My boyfriend was having major surgery at the VA hospital in Albany on Wednesday morning. Check in time was not til 3pm. They let me check in at 9am, and gave me a Veteran's discount. The suite was immaculate, the staff so friendly and helpful. The manager called me this morning to see how the surgery went. I would definitely recommend this hotel
