Fairfield by Marriott Albany Downtown

My stay was lovely. The staff was very attentive and courteous. One lady would greet me by name! The room was clean and the overall facilities was well maintained. The grab and go breakfast options were basic but very accessible which is nice. Coffee and fruit was available all day and that was also a very nice touch. The only hotel in the vacinity that provides a microwave in the room (the Renaissance and Hilton do not). I'm sure for pregnant people like me, private people, people who carry meals/leftovers and families would understand that an in-room microwave matters. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is in Downtown. Staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. They practice social distancing. It has hand sanitizer dispenser in the elevator. Rooms are exactly as it's shown in the picture. Rooms are big and has Microwave oven in the room. Clean and tidy. Suggestion: they need to maintain their elevator, it looks old and make creaky sound. Otherwise worth my five star.

The only good this about my 1 hour stay was how nice the front desk lady was. I booked a room with the whirlpool tub so i could take a nice bath. i turned the jets on and a bunch of brown stuff came flying out at me. they offered to upgrade me to the “bridal suite” when i checked the tub there the jets didn’t even work. demanded a refund and left. disgusting. wish i could upload my photo

Not impressed with the lobby. Rooms are spacious and clean. Never saw another guest. Stayed one night.

If I could give no stars I would. Do not come here. Elevator breaks down periodically and you have to walk the stairs. Breakfast is a granola bar with a orange and bottled water. No access to any amenities. I hate it here a complete ripoff.
