Holiday Inn Express Albany - Downtown

It was good. I liked the room set up, they provided full bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The staff was extremely friendly. Good price too. I would stay here again.

The hotel is extremely clean and nice. The rooms are well put together and amazing. The cleaning service is amazing as well. But the service other than cleaning is terrible. I would assume for such a nice hotel the service would be good but I’m wrong. Im not asking for the people at the desk to be unnecessarily nice. But when someone asks for a blanket they shouldn’t forget and start arguing with the customer. Or when I ask for my AC isn’t working- for them to forget to check it. It’s not just one person it’s all the staff for the most part.

Facility was great. Rooms were clean lovely bathrooms. Service was excellent. Quiet area. We expected noise. Safe as well. I accidentally left my 2 blazers hanging on the door handle as I was rushing. Two hours later I looked out the window and saw them hanging there. ud83dude0aud83dude0a I quickly moved them inside my vehicle. Thanks for the great hospitality!!

Convenient location - easy access to downtown and the highways. The free breakfast was great, too. The fitness center could use a bit of an upgrade, but overall great experience. We'd definitely come back again.
