I thought J the bike mechanic was fantastic. He looked at two bikes of mine and gave me his honest opinion. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to questions that I had regarding which bike would be a better fit for my lifestyle. He quickly and efficiently did minor repairs as well which was extremely accommodating!!

I rented skis, boots and poles. The people working there were efficient and courteous. Returning them after the season was over went faster than expected. I was in and out of the store in just a few minutes.

Steiners is the place to go for bicycle repairs, equipment, and advice. Friendly and courteous service is ramped up at Steiners. It's worth the drive from wherever you are to get the best. Steiners, Glenmont!

I've worked with Dave E. for over 30 years for bikes, cycling gear and equipment and repairs. J. is an excellent bike mechanic, trouble-shooter and all around knowledgeable expert in the field. I would recommend no other LBS over Steiner's, particularly the Glenmont shop. They will always take care of you and you need to go there for your cycling and ski/boarding needs.

They seem to have everything I’m looking for, even when other bike shops do not. I had a great experience with Jay, who sold me on a new road bike and got me set up with everything I needed to get going.
