I noticed my roof ridge vent was loose and slamming up and down on the roof. I called a few places to get quotes and eventually called Graves Brothers. From the beginning they were very courteous and professional. They were able to fit my repair in within a few days of me calling, for a price that was better then any of the competition. The day of the repair they showed up even earlier then the scheduled time. Cruz was who I dealt with. He assessed the situation, gave me my options, and made sure he only did the job that I wanted him too. Afterwards, he explained everything he had done. He did a fantastic job and the price came in under the budget I had made. I would HIGHLY recommend Graves Brothers for roofing, or any other home improvement project you may have to get professionally done!
My original outreach to Graves Bros was for a repair to a leaking skylight that was over 25 years old. We took a repair approach as our first step knowing that our success rate may be low. They were able to get someone out the next day to do the repair. When the time came for a replacement they were first on my list. I had three other companies come out and none could do it sooner or more reasonably priced for a Velux skylight.nnFor the replacement, Don was our installer. He was professional, kind, efficient, and kept a clean work space (during and after). He was able to answer any questions I had along the way. I am very happy with the work Don did and the window looks great!nnOn the office side, I was able to work with Steve and Tom as primary contacts. They were great to work with. Even when I had many questions about the process, they never made me feel like I was bothering them. They even provide direct lines which is so rare. It felt like I had been working with this team for years.nnBased on this experience, I will be hiring this team to do work for years to come and I will recommend them to everyone!
John and his team were excellent. The project was completed earlier than we anticipated which was great. The crew was quick and efficient. I no longer have to worry about my garage roof as we head into winter! Thank you!
A positive experience very accommodating and professional staff in office ask for Kiera although I'm sure the rest of the staff is just great. My service gentlemen has been to our home twice for two different occasions I cant say enough. He was on time. Early actually which worked out even better for me. Very professional. Clean and worked in a very timely manner. We have the tallest house peak on the block and handled it without any problems.nThank you, Graves Bros for a great job.
Graves Bros was great to work with. We had to repair our roof after a wind storm. Pricing was clear and scheduling was very easy. I tried with another company but they were much more expensive and didn't show up to do the work. Don showed up within the scheduled time and did a fantastic job!
