Hampton Inn Brockport

Very comfortable hotel in a small SUNY village. It was clean and very well maintained. A gracious staff member named Paige was very friendly, professional and attentive to our conference room needs.

Love the hotel. Just don't like that breakfast isn't anything hot like you'd expect. The breakfast is little grab and go things. We pay enough I think we deserve a warm breakfast. Thats why I wanted to stay here because I didn't want to have to cook. Very slim pickings.

This place was the greatest...theplace was very clean and the staff was so very kind. Thank you and give those people a raise.

Stayed here in October 2019. Hotel was very nice, clean, and accommodating, with COVID restrictions in place as expected. The only complaint I have is that the beds were hard and uncomfortable. I am usually pretty picky with my beds, but even my 19-year-old son had difficulty sleeping because of the comfort level of the bed. Slept terribly and my body was aching by morning.

I've stayed at a lot of Hampton Inns on business all over the country. Just needed a clean place to stay with the normal amenities of this hotel brand. This unit was clearly the best I've ever stayed in the Hampton line.nVery clean, well appointed and great staff. This one was the best by far
