Best Western Brockport Inn & Suites

Best hotel I have stayed at in long time. The front desk ladies were all very nice and helpful. The rooms are updated and nicely decorated. The bathrooms were very clean and it was very quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

My job requires me to stay in a lot of hotels.nI've been staying the past few weeks @ the Best Western (Brockport, NY). This is by far the BEST hotel experience I've ever had. It's clean and sanitized, quiet, the staff and manager, Liz, are always cordial and go above and beyond my expectations. They do an amazing job making you feel welcome. If I'm in the area, I refuse to stay anywhere else.

We got charged extra for the nights that we stayed, and then we got locked out of our room on the second to last night that we were there. The beds are extremely uncomfortable as they are beds made with springs as if we are living in the late 1900s. The breakfasts are absolutely disgusting always burnt or over cooked with no flavoring whatsoever. The items they have for sale are extremely expensive in case you forget something and have to buy something such as deodorant or a snack it’ll cost you around $20 from the hotel itself. One of the Knight staff were extremely rude when I asked a question about the hotel room we were staying in. To be honest the only thing good about the hotel that we stayed at was the pillows.

Just awesome. The hotel is immaculate and we loved reception. Any staff I came into contact with were all pleasant and so accommodating. Highly recommend.

Michelle was great and went the extra mile to make sure me and the old man was taken care of!!
