Clean rooms, friendly staff and reasonably priced. Close to stores & restaurants.

Very nice basic hotel. Clean room, hot shower, and I appreciated having a small table with some chairs to sit at while I ate my dinner. At too many places I've stayed at I have had to sit on the floor and use an ottoman as an improvised table. T.V. in my room could stand to be replaced and updated but it worked fine.

Beautiful facility. It was more than we needed and charges $27 to accommodate our small dog. The staff was helpful and friendly.

What can you ask for when staying at a cheap hotel? Well, what ever that is, this hotel beats it. Clean and tidy room, breakfast in the morning, a very friendly staff and they treat you like a family that actually likes eachother. I loved our stay here. Period.

Just remodeled and they did an amazing job .. whenever I'm in Brockport for business that's where I'll stay
