Avalon Suites

When we are in Rochester visiting family for a few months we choose Avalon because they are clean and well furnished and convenient. The staff is also excellent, very friendly and helpful especially Debbie.

My elderly father has moved from out of state to this area temporarily for medical treatment here in Rochester. He's been living at Avalon Suites for about 6 months now. I couldn't recommend them more highly! Debbie and the maintenance staff have been absolutely wonderful. They have shown personal concern and attention to my father during his stay. Minor issues with a tub leak and starting up the A/C unit for the season were addressed within an hour of my calling! Debbie has been flexible with our tentative dates for my father's stay, as it's been extended a couple times. The apartment has everything we needed for a long-term stay! Clean and well-maintained! It's been a fabulous experience having such a comfortable and safe place for father's stay.

Stayed at the Avalon for 7 weeks while waiting for closing on our new home. Debbie was super accommodating with our schedule. We rented a 2BR, pet-friendly apartment. The complex is an older style, but is clearly well cared for, and the convenience of a short-term furnished apartment more than makes up for the age of the buildings. Sidewalks and roadways were consistently kept clear of snow and ice. Furnishings were in good condition. Tons of closet space, everything we needed in the kitchen, coin laundry in the building, Dish TV and WiFi provided - all positives. I would definitely stay at the Avalon again.

The apartment was ready to move right in. Debbie the manager was very helpful.nnThe furniture was comfortable and everything super clean. Had an IT issue with connecting my fire stick to the TV. Made a call and and and their IT person came right up to walk me through.nnClose to lots of restaurants and stores.nnWould come back in a second if needed!

Great location, clean comfortable apartment and the staff was very accomodating. I would highly recommend staying at Avalon Suites.
