Knowledgeable, friendly, patient (even with people like me that research things waaaay too much and come back 3 or 4 times). Finally helped me identify an e bike that checked all the boxes without breaking the budget.nnWe've used both the Henrietta store for years and now the Webster location. Both had wide selection and friendly and knowledgeable staff.nnNote: I did shop around. Only RVE in Fairport had comparable service (Towpath in Pittsford has been great in the past too). But the combination of service and selection here can't be beat.

When I walked in everyone was busy, but within minutes a gentleman helped my 10 year old pick out a bike. He was courteous and explained, to my son, the difference between the bikes he was interested in. My son couldn't be happier!

I didn't even realize this location was there, and it was really nice to see that the service is just as good as it is at location in Henrietta. Folks working the counter were nice, and I was able to pick up the pieces I needed.
