Riveredge Resort

Great staff! Was irritated and called front desk as there was a limit on time in pool (30 min) and also a limit on # of people in pool (15) and we kept going down to check if pool was empty enough and the same family (14 people) were In there continuously; gentleman at front desk (Adam) offered to us and one group of 3 woman (after he asked if we were ok with it as he offered to us first of course we said yes) to let us in at 10pm when the pool closes and leave it open til 11pm. This offer was accepted by us and due to Adams amazing customer service everything was wonderful!

Stayed last night in the 2 floor room with the balcony. Was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. 5 stars. Had a great relaxing evening. Will surely stay there again!

It was the worst experience. The view was nice though. Hotel Halls smelled like Marijuana and there where children running up and down the halls unsupervised. The vending machines claimed to take cc but no slot to do so and were empty anyways. It was run down and not well maintained. The bed was horribly uncomfortable! And when I told the front desk all about this...she was incredibly rude! Will NEVER go back there again!!!!

Love the new look. Completely redone. Great beer menu! Food is always good.

Besides the paper thin walls and the far out dated everything, our stay was nice, the Jacuzzi room was very big, and clean, & the food in their lounge was great! this would be a higher rating but i could not get over hearing every word the guest next to us were saying.
