Roads are horrible, cats run rampant through the park destroying your cars paint with scratch marks and digging up flowers, every other week there is a water leak or sewage drainage problem. If you try to complain park management will threaten to evict you. Stay as far away from this place as possible. For the most part neighbors and other tenants are decent and friendly, about the only upside.
