Alpine Country Inn & Suites

These guys go above and beyond. One of my genius friends lost the keys to the rental car while we were skiing at Whiteface, and the owners Bill and Judy personally gave us rides back from the resort and back to the resort the next morning to pick up the keys from lost and found. It was also a really nice setup and we'd definitely love to come back!

Great motel, clean, fresh coffee, but the real treasure here is Judy, the owner (never met Bill).nI was in dire straights after a treacherous climb on Whiteface, and Judy showed the utmost hospitality in my moment of need. She even gave me a lift back to where my gear was located due to my ankle being injured.nShe is a real gem.nWould recommend.

Location is wonderful! Staff is friendly. There are hot beverages available in the morning. Prices are good. Looking forward to staying here again.

The Alpine Country Inn is a nice cozy family run place. The rooms are very clean with a rustic feel. Plenty of hot water for showers. The grounds are well maintained and there are plenty of places to sit and gather for outdoor eating or BBQ. The owner usually makes a fire in the fire pit at night and you can see the stars. Breakfast bar is good selection. Enjoy your time in the mountains.
