I called to ask an odd question reguarding a city grant, they returned my phone call very timely after leaving a voicemail. Their work appears quality... And they answered my question! I would work with them personally in my future.
Had them do a flat 6 car garage. They showed up on time, was fast, and very good job cleaning up after. Booked them during the pandemic so they got a little backlogged, but they completed in the estimated timeframe!
I was very happy with the service. David came out to my house looked at the problem and fixed the leak in my roof on the same day? Very happy!
Black rock did our roof and its a great roof! They did it quick (just 2 days) and they even were able to schedule around the fact that we work from home. We were beyond pleased. They did what they said they would do. The only downside is that in the process our siding got damaged, but they worked with us to sort out how to get it repaired without conflict. They sent real people to give real quotes and they were totally fair. We couldn't believe how great they were from start to finish. The only reason I give 4 stars and not 5, is because they are pros and that damage shouldn't have happened. Also because while we were able to communicate openly and resolve the damage without conflict...it did take nearly 2 months to accomplish. But otherwise...there is a not a negative thing we could say about hiring them or working with them. They really are a great company. And we would gladly recommend them to anyone.
My husband and I needed our garage roof done quick and I called them a week ago they were here and did an amazing job with the garage roof and clean up a great crew mark was outstanding when he came to do the estimate I can not recommend this company enough ! We would give ten stars if we could ! Excellent job!
