Horrible company
Naples did a tear-off and new roof in 2016 on our old Buffalo house. Their price was significantly better than the other 3-5 quotes we got. They did the job as promised. In 2020 we had a problem with the drip shield on one side of the house. I called Naples, sent pictures, was ready to argue my case, but it was totally not necessary. They called back and within a few days they sent someone to fix it, no debates.
We had a really tricky leak coming in from the edge of our roof down through 2 floors of windows. After one fix that did not work from another company, and several other consults, Naples roofing came through for us and figure out exactly what the issue was.nThey showed up and handled things, even running their own hose up to make sure the leak was fixed as expected.
Jim Naples does an outstanding job. Reliable and honest.Fixed my flat roof in December and came right away .Used them again in January for siding that blew off my home in W.Seneca. He was the only contractor that cane the next day.
When looking for a Roofing contractor I first asked around for referrals.nI had 3 companies come in and we finally settled on Naples Roofing.The project , which was my daughter's roof,turned out great.We had an issue after the install, Jim Naples personally came out and met with us and the next day it was resolved.nA man with integrity and pride is hard to find these days....Thank you.
