Zero stars!!!! Place was nice 15 yrs ago. Now they sit back and collect outrageous lot rent. Terrible roads which they never plow or salt. Shut off water 10x a yr or more. Make promises they dont keep and because they have a rat problem, tenants are no longer allowed to have bird feeders.. I will be looking for a new place for my mom starting today.

Joke of a place to live. Run by slumlords. No noise complaints ever resolved so get ready to pay 700$+ a month to listen to someone else's music bumping thru your place.

I had two appointments with the manager. The first was to tour the mobile homes. She was not there and a maintenance guy showed me around. He had no clue what he was doing. The second meeting was today at 1:30. After clearing my schedule she again didn’t show up. Driving out of the park is a huge pot hole and the roads in the park are in terrible condition. Don’t waste your precious time with these people. I’m surprised they have anyone living there since management is horrible and wastes your time setting up appts they don’t show for.

Nice peaceful place to live
