Comfort Inn & Suites

For what I paid for I was not happy. The pool was so cold I couldn't get in. I came to rest and relax and in the evening a light was shining right in my window. I had a better experience 2 years ago when I stayed here

The front desk people made a difference between three stars and four stars. We initially had a problem that wasn’t the motels fault but they quickly fixed the problem and upgraded us. The bed was comfortable. Centrally located.nnNot so positive there was a big red stain on the carpet and it looked like blood or ketchup. The couch needed to be replaced very uncomfortable. Maybe due to the cleaning products, but when you first walk in, it smells like a not so friendly men’s cologne. In the middle of the night approximately 3 AM I could smell it again. I have a feeling it circulates through the duct system.nMb

My main issue is the extremely poor quality of internet. I am constantly have lag issues and I have never had issues at other hotels. Unfortunately internet is an extremely important thing with today and the times and this hotel is lacking in that department

Didn't get an email confirmation. They said our pack n play was set up in the room but it wasn't when we arrived. Our room was also cold and the heat hadn't been turned on. The guy at the desk wasn't wearing a mask and had a dirty sweatshirt on?

One of the beds was broken. When i sat at the end it went to the floor. Other than that it was satisfactory.
